Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and exchange it for another one within 7 days after receiving your order. Please, follow the steps:

• Send us a Return Request email to beaboutique.pr@gmail.com explaining the reason for your return.  
• Once we evaluate the request and send you a Return Confirmation email with the instructions for the return, you can send your item(s) back to us within 7 days after receiving your order. 
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
• We will send you an email with a gift card with the total amount of your original purchase once we received the item(s) back to us.
• bea boutique ONLY gives store credit.
• Keep in mind that item(s) must have the label/tags still attached and must be unused.
• Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains on merchandise, will be shipped back to you.
• All items on sale cannot be returned.
